Cobalt

Cobalt is Reapers uncle and is the leader of the TCA which is a Turkic drug cartel the believes in the eurasian race theory he is a grey wolf

Before i talk about what that is i woild like to say that i dont agree with my lore, i have problematic ocs but i dont agree with them okay

The eurasian race theory is a theory proposed by Reaper and adored by Tarhana that the Eurasian race is superior and sacred

A eurasian would be a slav mixed with central asian or even slav mixed with middle eastern or a pure turk or mongolian mixed with slav
They see sunnis as evil and think Alevi shia islam is the superior religion

Cobalt is a semi cannibal (a semi cannibal in my lore is an animal that eats not the same species but a similar species like Cobalt is a wolf but he eats Dogs, a human semi cannibal would be a human that eats chimpanzees, though its not as taboo as cannibalism it is similar) and often consumes smaller dogs and enemy dogs

Cobalt took in Reaper after his abusive dad died

its not clear weather Cobalt killed his brother or he killed himself

Edmund

Edmund, Cobalts brother was Reapers dad
Reaper is the family last name, dictator Reaper is actually Alexi Reaper and he was called Alexi as a kid. Edmund is also a grey wolf like Cobalt.

Edmund taught him how to use guns at the age of eight and almost forced him to shoot his humans newborn baby (all their humans died in an attack on central Anatolia caused by kurdish terrorists) several times. He tried making him hold extremely radical views about how he was from a superior race and that everyone else was just his puppet. He constantly misgendered Reaper simply because he was intersex (but mainly cis male just had both reproductive organs.) He would constantly guilt trip or sometimes even beat Reaper into doing things to others he did not want to do. It was always extremely violent and often involved killing someone that Edmund disliked or was “dirty” to Edmund (he often referred to gypsies as dirty.)
and made Reaper lose his power to think for himself. He has extremely toxic masculinity due to the misgendering stuff and once shot someone for thinking he was a girl (as an adult)
And he made Reaper TERRIFIED of getting in trouble by someone superior in power to him, this is why he has a complex of being in power all the time

Edmund and Cobalt are both pure wolves that are half Turkish half Yakutian

Reapers mum was killed by the UPA (ukrainian nationalists) and she a doberman and Polish with some Inuit background
After the killing Edmund and Reaper moved to a rural place in Turkey but after Cobalt found out how abusive Edmund was he adopted Alexi/Reaper and gave him a pretty good life in Yakutsk

Alexi Reaper

Alexi Reaper, Reaper before he changed his name to Dictator Reaper. Alexi was a pretty troubled child he had many mental issues and didnt fit in with other boys in his school in his primary years and in his secondary years he was close with his adopted cousins. Reaper had no attention from his dad as a kid so he often seek out attention from other people through doing stupid and reckless things.

he did many weird things that foreshadowed his future during his childhood such as Insighting a riot at his secondary school and making a lot of the students worship him and see him as 'dictator' this was because he was very lonely in his primary school

note: Reaper grew up in mainly Poland but also Yakutsk (russia) im using the British school system (primary secondary) as thats the one im most familiar with

In his early 20s (dog years?) due to his daddy issues he sort of spent a lot of his time seeking out older men such as his lawyer Vincent

Vincent is Reapers lawyer, he helps with covering up and hiding Reapers war crimes

vincent isnt a very good lawyer, not in terms of how skilled he is but in terms of how he follows the rules- he doesnt

Most of her information is above, she is Cobalts wife a polyleader is another word for multi leader which means that like samir she runs 2 different countries

Fen and anne

Cobalt adopts fen and anne shortly after adopting Alexi Reaper

fen and anne are Alexis adopted cousins

Anne was quiet and Fen was mischievous

Alexi has not heard much of Anne as an adult, but it's believed that she committed suicide after her cousin and uncle all turn out to be racist extremist murderers

Fen grew up to be even more irresponsible than he was as a child and died at 22 from a fentanyl overdose at a rave
